We are based in San Jose, CA. We’re happy to travel to surrounding areas (up to 30 miles from San Jose) to help bring the golf range to your event.
Any events outside of the 30-mile radius will be charged a travel fee (rates depend on location).

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Last minute inquiries are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability.
We book events on a first come, first serve basis.

We offer 3 different packages:
PAR-TEE STARTER: $500 for 2 hours
FORE-HOUR DRIVE: $950 for 4 hours
19th HOLE: $1400 for 6 hours
For additional hours: +$250/hr

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to your event.

All packages include:
Full mobile golf simulator set-up
Club sets (right and left)
Unlimited access to all available golf courses
TV display for spectators
On-site caddie support throughout the event
Interactive games for all skill levels
No extra cost for left-handed, kids’, or women’s clubs

Our rental requires a 20×16 ft space for set-up, along with access to a nearby power outlet.

We will arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your event to ensure enough time for set-up. Breakdown will take about 30-45 minutes.
Set-up and breakdown are already included in your total payment, and do not count toward your rental time.

Please note: All paid deposits are non-refundable.
